OK, thanks found that and set it.
In the text block above that setting it also says "This constant affects the
ScreenURL function which appears later in this file" but I cannot find
anywhere in the Global_settings file that refers to the ScreenURL. Also how
do I determine and change which screens use an SSL connection.
