Are the variables necessary for the creation of the cloaking constants
still available? Did you turn on the cloaking constants in
global_settings? Is the code that generates the cloaking constants
actually being executed? Naturally, the best approach to answering
these questions is to place a bunch of print statements in the correct
places.
