[FreeTrade] How to add Auto Incrementing

Hello All;

Just a quick question here.  I want to make the External SKU number
auto_increment, but MySQL can only have one auto_increment column per table.
So that idea is out.

Would there be any forseable problem in having the External SKU number
automatically pulled from the item ID number?
