In the latest release of PHP 4.0.2 I'm getting this error: Fatal error:
Cannot redeclare printaddressfields() in Unknown on line 231
This error occurs when submitting information from the 'order_express' and
'order_billing' screen.
I've found that the latest v of php is picky with redeclaring functions and
I'm trying to find a work-around.
