Yes, you will see a speed increase with PHP4. If you're on a shared server,
you can expect slow performance just because you're sharing a single server
with lots of other sites. Hopefully the store will make enough money to pay
for it's own server. I understand dedicated servers are going for as
little as $200/month now.
