Display precedence will override alphabetical order in sorting. So if you
want everything sorted a, b, c... dont worry about the precedence. If you
want certain items to be displayed before certain others use precedence.
SKU is Store Keepers Unit, basically the part number or serial that the
accounts use to track inventory.
