[FreeTrade] Really need Help here

Hi All;

I just installed Windows 2000 pro on my machine and now when I try to add
the freetrade build.sql file to my Mysql database I get a report saying that
the query completed normally but nothing actually gets added to the
database.  It stays empty.  Any thoughts here?
