Just run a query before UPDATE_BASKET and all the places that
adds or updates the basket and invoice. Make the query check if the item is in stock
and how many
you have in reserve. If the users desired quantities exceeds this, print actionresult
: Sorry we do not have this many in stock.. And make $Proceedwithinsert=FALSE;
