The invoice table ID is auto_increment so if you set it to 4000, it will
increment from there.

If you allow negative inventory that should work. Other wiise, remove the
function calls that check that inventory is available before offering the
goods for sale.
You've really got to be prepared to read the source code and get your hands
dirty if you want to use Freetrade.
