[FreeTrade] Formating customer email receipts

Has anyone out there made changes to the formatting for the customer email
receipts?  I am trying to do this and am having problems getting anything to
work.
If anyone has made a nice looking email receipt please send me a copy of the
code if you would so I can figure it out.
