It is best to use plain text when doing email. If you really want to
give them something formatted you can either:
a) create an attachment of a PDF or some other file - not
recommended because it requires they have the software to view it,
not to mention development time/cost
b) send them a URL so they can view the info as a webpage.
If all you are sending is a receipt of their order then it really doesn't
have to be fancy. Customers will only really use it for reference I
would imagine...
