[FreeTrade] Free Trade / MySQL / Ton of SKUs

I have a client who wants to set up about 7000 skus.  I want to use
freetrade but seek advice on the practicality of using FreeTrade/MySQL for
that number of SKUs.  The number of transactions probable wouldn't exceed 40
a day.
