The reason the timeout is being turned off is to make sure an action module
is allowed to complete. If safe mode no longer allows turning off timeouts,
then you'll have to choose to either turn off safe mode, or cut out that
code that prevents timeouts. Safe mode is designed for situation where
you're allowing people to write PHP scripts who you don't trust, which is a
situation in which you probably shouldn't be running FreeTrade. Well, at
least, if you're processing credit cards anyway.
