Does anyone know what the difference is between passing vars this way:
www.domain.com/SCREEN-welcome/department-52
and this way:
www.domain.com/index.php3/SCREEN-welcome/department-52
The second method is easier in that it doesn't restrict you to one script
and it doesn't require any server changes. But I am wondering 1) does it
solve the search engine limitations of "?" and 2) are there any browser
imcompatibilities with have "/" after the page name?
