(library): Make variable having global scope.
(OT_VALIDATOR_SYMBOL): Removed.
(GX_VALIDATOR_SYMBOL): Removed.

(validator_symbols): Removed.
(ValidatorType::LAST_VALIDATE): New enum element used in loop sentinel.
(ot_table_spec): Remove const modifier.
(gx_table_spec): Remove const modifier.
(Validator): New data type.
(validators): New variable.
(print_usage): Use validators.
(report_header, report_result): Use validators.
(is_ot_validator_implemented): New function.
(is_gx_validator_implemented): New function.
(is_ckern_validator_implemented): New function.
(run_ckern_validator): Use validators.
(main): Initialize library at the beginning of main.
Use validators. Report messages and exit if the validator
specified by command line is not implemented in libfreetype2
linked to ftvalid. Suggested by George Williams.
