Please move AF_MOD_CJK to ftoption.h and enable it by default. This
makes it easier to test.
BTW, I see code like this in the new module:
FT_Pos threshold = 50 * metrics->units_per_em / 2048;
Where does the `2048' come from? Please add a comment.
