Hi,

So, this is not something new, fcrozat already raised this after 2.2.1
was release, but since this has not improved in 2.3.0, I'm reposing.

There is a Fedora bug about this:

  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=198082

The interesting shots are:

before: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=145894
after: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=145897

None and medium (in gnome-font-properties speak) settings are fine and
render identically before and after. Not for slight. Note that there
is a chance that the after shot is using TrueType Luxi while the before
is using Type1 Luxi, but I don't think that really matters much, since
the other hinting modes match in rendering.

Regards,
