Next patch will have all the issues you brought up resolved. I turned
the floats into FT_Ints which use 1000 to represent 1.0 and do a
FT_Muldiv instead. Rasterizer version is now 38 by default, and sets
bit pair 10/17 accordingly. Wide characters are replaced with their
numeric values and comments. Code formatting should now be fixed across
all patches (even the non-subpixel ones, which admittedly were not
formatted well). Now, if I can just figure out what the deal is with
the git access to savannah....
