PS: You should check your git setup: It seems that you are working on
a Windows box, and the file permission handling isn't set up for
good exchange with non-Windows boxes. In particular, your patch
changed the permissions of `CMakeLists.txt' from 0644 to 0755
(i.e., setting the executable bit), which is wrong.
