Hi,
It's slightly difficult for me what your problem is.
If the installation finishes successfully,
ft2build.h would be placed at ${prefix}/include/freetype2/ft2build.h
Are you saying that it is not the place you want and
you want to place it to ${prefix}/include/ft2build.h?
