SLIGHT gives fractional advance widths in ftgrid.

For me it works just fine.  You have to select the right mode with
F5/F6.  For CFF, you have to enforce auto-hinting by pressing `f' to
see non-integer advance widths for SLIGHT.[*]

[*] It's actually a bug that we don't have fractional advance widths
    with the Adobe CFF engine.
