Werner, I just want to say that I don't like this commit:

The default instance does NOT need a named instance. It's already there when the instance-number is not set (=0). It doesn't make my life harder, as some fonts might include the default instance anyway, so I have to filter the duplicate entry anyway. It's just unnecessary IMO. -- behdad http://behdad.org/
