Hi All, The FT_CONFIG_OPTION_PIC was created for Brew specifically <http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/freetype-devel/2009-01/msg00056.html>. Even then some folks objected <http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/freetype-devel/2009-04/msg00026.html> that this should be done by compilers and not in FreeType. This work was never completed and covers only some modules. We only check if it compiles once in a blue moon.
Nine years later today, Brew moved on from rvct to armcc. Hence, who needs FT_CONFIG_OPTION_PIC today? Alexei
