Basically, I don't care where development actually happens.  However,
I want a branch in FreeType's git repository on Savannah to be
populated with the code that gets eventually merged.  This allows me
to have a single git repository with FreeType code, and it also serves
documentary purposes w.r.t. GSoC participants.
