In 2.8.1 we improved LCD padding. See

Many programs got bitten by that: Firefox, Chrome and anyone who used Skia.
They worked around the change. I cannot call that a fix because they continue
to guesstimate the bitmap size even today they instead of asking Freetype. We
have everything to fix it properly now even for font atlassing in GPU.
