If CMakeLists.txt readily removes the comment around FT_CONFIG_OPTION_USE_HARFBUZZ, it should also put it back when OFF.

Or better actually, simply add -DFT_CONFIG_OPTION_USE_HARFBUZZ. to the compile options when ON.
Hm. Werner, the default build system modifies ftoption.h so that the defines are persisted when the file gets installed into the target include directory, no?
