Hmm. FreeType seems to do the right thing. To decide what to do I
need test results made with the Windows rasterizer. Please provide
images of the following tahoma characters at both 10 and 11 ppem.
U+0079 (LATIN SMALL LETTER Y)
U+0141 (LATIN CAPITAL LETTER L WITH STROKE)
U+0667 (ARABIC-INDIC DIGIT SEVEN)
U+0668 (ARABIC-INDIC DIGIT EIGHT)
