I have no idea about SWF, but please take care that the default DPI
value (if you don't specify a different one) for FreeType is 72dpi
(this makes 1pt = 1px), while Windoes uses 96dpi as the default.

PS: While your mail has a proper plain text part, the formatting of
your code example is correct only in the HTML part, which is bad.
If possible, write plain text emails directly.
