I'm trying to change the rendering of text on my Mac to a more Windows-like appearance, please see https://blog.codinghorror.com/font-rendering-respecting-the-pixel-grid/. Is there any software out there which allows a Mac to display text the way Windows does? I need this for a particular program I'm using.
