I've updated vbishow to include support for bttv cards.
At the moment no VPS and WSS support for bttv cards, need to figure out
how to do this... but it does teletext.
No CC as I can't test in being in PAL land.
By default the SGR colour codes are turned off, --escape turns them back on.

One thing I noticed testing the program is that BBC Prime's teletext
clock is incorrect, one or two minutes out. If the Beeb transmits their
program schedule based on the teletext time then the program starts at a
different time. I've noticed this when recording two shows which run
together, quiet often the end of the first program is on the second
recording.
