I decided to upgrade to 1.7.5 and it seems it was a bad idea :-(
I cannot view anything from my TV card anymore , and recording
does not work as well.
When I try to view a channel, the screen blanks for a second and then
freevo comes back again. When it "records", it produces no mpeg
file.
My TV recording setting is
VIDEO_GROUPS = [
VideoGroup(vdev=TV_DEVICE,

input_type='tuner 1',input_num=0,

tuner_chanlist='italy',
desc='Canali Italiani',group_type='ivtv',), ]
The worst part is that logs are not showing any error,
so I am quite clueless. The only "error" I could spot is
in the recordserver logfile, and it is

I tried some simple hacking (up to commenting out all the code in
setinputbyname() )
but to no result.
