man shmctl shows that struct ipc_perm is defined like this:

gid_t cgid; /* Creator's group ID */
mode_t mode; /* r/w permission (see chmod(2)) */

key_t _key; /* Reserved for internal use */
};
so there´s a "_key"! but I wonder if it can be used of not....
