Just done. I see some smaller issues:
1. The skin has no animations for video browsing
2. The skin is only 4:3. But I guess it is easier that way at the
beginning. Each change in the code may require a skin update and
there is easier if it is only one.
3. I have some local patches for kaa.popcorn to enable decoding H.264
on the GPU but it may break other stuff. I guess I have to clean up
kaa.popcorn first:
a. Remove everything that is not needed by the mplayer plugin. I do
not see any reason to support Xine in the future and the gst
backend needs a rewrite anyway. As for output: only xv and
clutter will be supported in the future. The kaa.display support
code will be removed. Objections now or be silient in the future.
b. Remove most of the mplayer args for sw scaling. I have some
problems with it on some flash videos, so I removed it locally.
Scalling will only look good when using gst.
4. Check the setup/distribution code against what kaa is doing. When on
it, add support for HTML source doc.

What should we do with the tvserver? It is useless without support for
it in Freevo 2 but works well on its own if you edit XML files.
