... continuing investigation have produced the following:
It's not a freevo problem and not a runapp problem. A
simple:
> os.popen3('./testapp asdads 320000')
produces exactly the same result as the freevo framework
does.
> os.popen('./testapp asdasd 320000','r') works fine. Still
no clue what the problem may be. :-(
Perhaps I will write a socketed version that does not need
pipes. However knowing what the problem is would be much
more satisfying.
