OK, I think we should switch to this lib sooner or later (I prefer
sooner). I added my DVD detection to this some hours ago, a VCD info
is already on my harddisc, waiting for a checkin. But I'm waiting with
that until I get some results about my disc_check.py sent to the users
list. 

To all of you: please try mmpython (only cvs right now) and report
bugs and send patches to Thomas Schueppel ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). Most
important: test the mp3 module, this was a big problem with Freevo
some time ago (different tag versions). I also like to add CDDB
support [1] and a caching.

Thomas: I think it's GPL, we should add a COPYING file with the GPL
and a CREDITS file with a list of people we took code from (EXIF,
ifoinfo, CDDB, ...).

BTW, what is mm standing for?
