The coversearch plugin should try to write the file elsewhere when I
try to get the cover for a CD:

IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'cdda:/cover.jpg'
Also, with mp3 files it worked 1 time, then it stopped working and
keeps saying:
Error: Item is not an AudioCD
