Some people run Freevo as root (me, for one, as well as people who
have it start on boot) so putting it in .freevo makes less sense for
them than in /etc; finally, some people are just testing it and want
it all in once place; there are only three places, and they're pretty
much all the standard locations: /etc/ and $HOME/.freevo
