Freevo is, but to demonstrate skin features.

I didn't understand you here. What you mean with View Area? I don't
know how to place the window there, if you meant that.

It has a full screen mode, 640x480 looks good in my 29" TV and CPU is
about 50% @ PentiumIV 2.0Ghz, SiS650 video.
