Since imdb-query is kindof unreliable I have added as an option to always show the result, even if it is a single hit. This gives the user an opportunity to cancel if the hit is wrong. Default action is as it used to be.
Also added TV_SHOW_IMAGE_DIR to freevo_config.py so that src/plugins/file_ops.py should manage to delete the fxd-file.
