Since mpd does something with audio, it should go to audio/plugins,
even if it's a DaemonPlugin. The normal plugins like xine or mplayer
are plugins that only starts threads and register them. This could be
done in any Daemon or ItemPlugin, too.

In case you need a Daemon _and_ ItemPlugin, make two and one Plugin
can start the other on startup (like icecast).
