The streaming FM-stations work great but the other stations will stop playing after each song because of a bug in libmms which mplayer and xine uses. I tried to make this work about a year ago and after a few evenings of reverse engineering and having nightmares about hexadecimals I found the MMS-command 0x20 and submitted that to the authors of the MMS documentation (http://sdp.ppona.com). After a normal "0x1E" (end of stream) command it will send a previously undocumented 0x20-command which means "new media is coming!", followed by a new ASF-header and data. This is still not implemented in libmms/mplayer/xine! Help needed!
