Is the new DIR_GAMES stuff working with Python 2.2? I just wiped my
Debian box and put Gentoo on there, which only has an ebuild for 2.2.
Whenever I try getting a dir listing for games (a big part of my freevo
use) I get the message about updating my DIR_GAMES setting, but it seems
to be in the correct format (I just edited the default):
DIR_GAMES = [ ('MAME', '/files/emu/mameroms',
('MAME', '/usr/games/bin/xmame.SDL', '-fullscreen -jt 4
-modenumber 6',
'/files/emu/mameroms/snap', None )),
('SUPER NINTENDO', '/home/media/games/snes/roms',
('SNES', '/usr/local/bin/zsnes', '-m -r 3 -k 100 -cs
-u', '', None )),
('Visual Boy Advance', '/files/emu/gba/',
('GENERIC', '/usr/local/vba/VisualBoyAdvance', '', '', [
'gba', 'zip' ] )),
('MEGADRIVE', '/home/media/games/megadrive/roms',
('GENESIS', '/usr/local/bin/generator-svgalib', '', '',
'' )) ]
So the only thing I can think of, assuming the new system works at all
that is, is that it's a Python 2.2 vs 2.3 issue?
