I'd like the setup.py script to do something similar. On my distribution at least, the requirements for the docbook utilities are almost 100mb. Since I'd like to start making snapshots in the future, I would like to avoid regenerating this everytime. Documentation should be optional, but currently, freevo won't build without the docbook howto; or without hacking setup.py
