Ideally, you put the commands into a temporary file, and then optionally call a external python script from inside Freevo. This way, if someone wanted to use Freevo to _generate_ the rip commands, but do the rip at say, 3am when they were asleep, you'd have the configuration in the FREEVO_CACHEDIR and the script could be called whenever.
