Not really. It's only to make it easier for people. 'freevo install runtime.tgz' only untars the package, so no big deal. But I don't think we should have rpms for the runtime. The rpm should cover the installed version of freevo (/usr/lib/python.../freevo). If the user wants the runtime, he can untar the tgz wherever he wants, we don't need a RPM here.
