Using webradio as a starting point I wrote plugin to do video off the
network. It's my first somewhat working piece of code in python so things
are not pretty. Anyhow, I am attaching it.

The plugin looks up channels in internettv-mediamarks file similar to
webradio. Also on my box I drop it into root plugin directory so it shows up
not under "Watch a Movie", but as a new Item all together.
