Yes, freevo will be slower for each file you have in a dir. It doesn't
matter if you have 10 or 20, but above 200 you notice the difference.

What do you want to have? I don't have games, so I try not to touch
anything there. Tell me what you want to see, and I could give you
some hints how to patch.
