Here is a set of patches for enabling favorites from the OSD. It reuses most of the code that exists already but was not in use, with some modifications to make it useable :)
I have made some changes to the GUI objects too (bugfixes) and to the recordserver.
There are still some issues but I am going to commit these changes so others can see and patch against current CVS.
1) I noticed that while adding a favorite from the tv guide the edit favorite popup doesn't get the focus and subsequent button presses change the guide and obscure the edit fav screen.
2) The edit favorite pop takes a _long_ time to render. Improvements are much welcome, otherwise we will have to remove or recode it before the next release. It may also be nice to have a wait icon while it is building, but I don't think it should even take that long.
3) In view favorites we should not show an empty list if none are there and also only show a small (full) list if only a few are available. The same should be done for the scheduled recordings pop.
I think that's all but I took a look at it a few hours ago and my system is otherwise occupied at the moment.
