I guess this is more of a tvtime & directfb question, but since I am planning to use it with freevo, I though I would start here, and see if anyone else has had any luck with what I am trying to do.
I am setting up another (3rd) Freevo box, and do not want to use X. I have directfb up and working great for mplayer & freevo. Now I am trying to setup tvtime. I know that tvtime has directfb support, but each time I try to compile it, I get an error about missing X libs (which is correct, since I have no X on the system). My question is: has anyone been able to compile tvtime with directfb support AND without X installed on the system? As a side note, I was looking through the tvtime mailing list archives, and it appears that they plan to remove directfb support for tvtime 1.0 (Nooo!). Anyone else know anything about this?
