This is what I have been talking about for a looong time.  When has this been 
introduced (Controlling of the detached audio player with the play control 
keys)?  Your sentence suggests that you find this perfectly normal, but it's 
not working on my about 3 weeks old CVS checkout!

Great, so this explains why you did not react to my "feature request", 
although it seemed easy to implement - it's already implemented!?
